The charcuterie was founded in 1979 by Lorenzo Mussatti, Louise and Maximilian Mussatti. Always sell wholesale and retail our products.
- Since 1985 we start the production of salami like sausage, salami, cotechini and zamponi;
- Since 1985 we start curing the hams of Modena and Parma we sell for a period of more than two years, this makes a particularly refined taste and aroma in our product;
- From 1990 we begin to produce balsamic vinegar for family use;
- Since 2003 we adhere to bando A.B.T.M. traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena;
- Since 2004 we are part of the supply chain D.O.P. of A.B.T.M.
